Unworn socks in their packaging can be returned within 30 days. Wrong size? We'll swap it free. NHS staff get 20% off: email us from your work address.

You can also cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except personalised items and opened food or hygiene products. Email support@vickersldn.co.uk with your order number. Faulty items are always refunded or replaced under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
